What is the best way to find Mr. Right or Mr. Right Now? Unfortunately there is no one place where all gay men go waiting to be picked up or spot that special someone.

There are few places however where you can make contact with men –

Newspaper / magazine ads: there are loads of guys posting ads, from those looking for specialist sex to those looking for a bit of romance. Take time to know to get the person before meeting them – there is no rush.
Chat rooms: there are thousands of blokes with a profile out there – with chatrooms just for guys close to you. Whether you’re in Edinburgh or Dundee – there’s an online room. Again, be careful about meeting up and remember that some people do embellish their profiles to make themselves more attractive.
Club: there are men who like the scene and there are men who dislike it, but there are some good nights to be had out there. It can be a great place to meet men.
Social groups: there are plenty of groups that meet all over Scotland on a regular basis so if you fancy giving bird watching, rugby, writing or rambling a go!
Everyday life: Gay men do the same jobs, run the same errands and have the same kinds of routines as everyone else. It is possible to meet someone across the aisle shopping or while getting your car washed.
Friends and contacts: sometimes it can be true when a friend says “ I know this really cute guy”. Even if you are shy or don’t quite hit it off with him, at least you will have met someone new and maybe through expanding your social circle, you can increase your chances of finding someone just right for you.
